To avoid wastage of funds, the host has set a payment deadline as they have already covered the costs for activities and accommodations. This deadline allows the host to fill your spot with another participant, recoup any lost funds, or reduce the number of seats for excursions, each of which comes at a cost.

Regardless of our relationship, there will be no extensions on the payment deadline. While unforeseen circumstances can occur, all fees paid are non-refundable.

Important: If you are not confident in your travel plans by January, please allow the host to fill your slot.

EXCURSION FEE	$200 PER PERSON	DUE BY MARCH 1, 2025
FINAL PAYMENT	$900 PER ROOM	DUE BY MAY 1, 2025
TOTAL DUE	$1500 PER COUPLE/ $1300 IF ALONE
