Arriving before the 18th?
Check-in to our villa is JULY 18TH after 3pm.
Lance and I's arrival is planned for the late evening of July 17th, so we will be staying at the Paresa Resort Phuket until July 18th.
We will be flying from Chicago on the 16th and arriving to Phuket on the night of the 17th. The resort is conveniently located near the villa. If your travel plans require arriving before the 18th, please feel free to book the necessary night(s) at this lovely and reasonably priced resort. If this is too expensive for you, there are hotels available at a lower price. I just wanted to let you know where we will be spending the night before.
We are slated to stay at our Villa from July 18th - July 23rd. Check out is 12PM on the 23rd. If everyone's flight time is around each others, we can coordinate one transport trip. If not, taxi's are fairly inexpensive in Thailand as our dollar goes far. The villa host can coordinate taxi back to the airport if necessary.
Note that no one can arrive to the Villa until check- in time.
If an adequate number of people arrive before the 18th, we will pay for the early check-in fee at the villa to secure availability before 3pm, and we will also organize massages. Please inform us promptly of your flight arrival date and time.

The space
High above the ocean on Phuket`s west coast, every room at the stunning Villa Saan commands breathtaking views. The villa`s spectacular entrance, cool 19-metre infinity-edge pool, state-of-the-art home cinema and bar with pool table, well-equipped gym with spa bed will take your breath away too. All of the spacious bedrooms have ocean views from glass-fronted private furnished balconies.
A team of staff is on hand to pamper guests with fine cuisine, keep the villa pristine and offer a concierge service.
We have a chef that will prepare all meals at the villa, including a menu of local cuisine. Check the menu tab closer to the trip to see the daily breakdown.
Relax and enjoy being pampered without having to worry about cooking. Although there is a 20% grocery bill fee for meals, we have taken care of this cost as a token of appreciation.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Bedrooms are allocated based on two factors:
1. Whether intended for couples or individual guests, the accommodation options include a single bed for a couple and two single beds for a guest with a companion.
2. Deposit payment timing. Someone who delays paying their deposit until January, for instance, will not have priority over someone who has already paid, even if it was in December.
